It's time for a heads-up on what's the latest with Americarna 2012......

Two gymkhana events are to take place at the 2012 event.  Stage one in Hawera on Friday afternoon, stage two and the finals on Saturday at the Country Fair.  Entry is free and open to registered entrants only.  Entry numbers will be limited and prizes are up for grabs.  So if you want to take part, email Toni at Americarna toni@americarna.com confirming your involvement.  Note; you have to be registered for Americarna 2012.

Entries received to date are at a little over 200.  You’re coming from as far south as Invercargill and a heap of cars coming from the Northland area.  This could see two large convoys heading to New Plymouth from each end of the country!  We will be in touch with you all to connect people to see if you wish to travel together.

We have it confirmed that people are travelling from the US and Australia to join friends in NZ who are attending the 2012 event.  Fantastic!

We are planning our 2012 USA tour and details will be announced around October.

We’re still working on some initiatives that will further enhance the event.  More on this when they are confirmed.

Our membership card is growing and we’re about to work on some new initiatives.
